Investor Relations – Overview

Autonomous Robotics for
Real-World Impact
This is what scale looks like in Physical AI. Circus builds autonomous AI robotics for environments that don’t forgive failure. High volume, real-world operations where productivity, reliability, and cost matter every day.

We entered the food service with the CA-1, our autonomous cooking system. Building on the same autonomy stack, we are expanding the portfolio with additional system configurations such as CA-M to address further mission critical outdoor use cases. The core value driver is the infrastructure we are building: an ever-growing fleet of robots paired with a proprietary software layer that turns deployments into a scalable ecosystem. This creates a compounding advantage: our model combines hardware revenue with recurring software revenue and fleet-level performance optimziation, a deployed robot network, which becomes smarter, more efficient and more valuable with every rollout.
And because that autonomy stack is designed for demanding environments, it also translates into defense use cases where reliability and execution matter most. Our conviction is straightforward: the next decade won’t be defined by AI software alone. It will be defined by AI systems that operate in the physical world and Circus is built to be a company that ships and scales them.
