This year, we are beginning mass production of the CA-1 robot, making us one of the first players to bring Physical AI into real-world applications at scale.

At Circus, we have always believed that Physical AI represents the future of autonomy, starting with food service—a sector burdened by labor shortages and rising demands. Our CA-1 robot is the embodiment of this vision, designed to automate repetitive tasks, enhance efficiency, and deliver consistent quality in dynamic environments.

2025 Strategy Objectives
Our 2025 strategy builds on the achievements of 2024 and positions Circus to expand its leadership in Physical AI. Our efforts are guided by six core initiatives:
1. Launching the CA-1 at Scale
Having established mass production capabilities in 2024, we are beginning the global rollout of the CA-1 in 2025. This milestone marks the first mass deployment of an embodied AI system in the food-service industry. The CA-1 will transform labor-intensive environments with its fully autonomous cooking capabilities, setting a new benchmark for efficiency and showcasing the transformative potential of Physical AI in real-world operations.
2. Advancing the AI-Software Platform
This year, we will enhance our AI-software platform to further optimize the CA-1’s autonomy capabilities. New features will include advanced decision-making, predictive maintenance, and seamless integration with client operations. Additionally, we are incorporating capabilities for supply chain automation, enabling end-to-end efficiency and streamlining processes for our customers. These advancements will position our platform as a cornerstone of intelligent automation across industries.
3. Introducing Next-Generation Agentic AI and AI Agents
In 2025, we will redefine human-AI collaboration through next-generation Agentic AI and AI Agents, introducing interfaces such as voice and personalized user experiences. These advancements will strengthen human-AI interaction, making autonomous systems more intuitive and adaptable for clients across diverse operational contexts.
4. Exploring Options Beyond Food Service
While food service remains our core focus, we are exploring applications for AI solutions in other labor-intensive sectors, such as logistics and manufacturing. As part of this exploration, we are working on standalone AI solutions detached from robotics, giving us greater flexibility to meet diverse customer needs. This approach allows us to expand our impact while maintaining focus on food service as our primary growth area.
5. Doubling Down on Safety and Reliability
In 2025, we will enhance the safety and reliability of our systems through advanced simulations, digital twins, predictive maintenance, and real-time monitoring. These efforts will ensure robust and secure performance as we scale deployments globally, building trust and delivering consistent value to our clients.
6. Middleware Development for Physical AI Systems
This year, we will continue developing middleware solutions to integrate and manage physical-world robots within a unified operational environment. These innovations will improve scalability and operational efficiency, providing clients with a seamless ecosystem for managing autonomous systems across their operations.
By integrating these pillars, we aim to address the most critical challenges in labor-intensive industries, from food service to logistics and beyond. 2025 promises to be a transformative year for Circus as we lead the next wave of AI innovation. With the mass production of the CA-1 now in place, I am excited to see the CA-1 start appearing in real-world environments this year as we begin mass deliveries. The CA-1 is set to revolutionize the food-service sector, addressing labor shortages and inefficiencies while showcasing the transformative potential of Physical AI.
Our advancements in embodied systems and AI agents position us to redefine industries beyond food service, driving sustainability and operational excellence.
