How we’ll get there

Since founding Circus Group in 2021, we have devoted immense resources to robotics research and development. Our dedicated team of now over 80 industry experts across four locations has successfully created and rigorously tested multiple generations of our flagship CA-1 food production robot. With over 2,000 hours of aggregated testing data under real market conditions, we have fine-tuned CA-1 to achieve full operational autonomy today.

Achieving our transformative vision is an ongoing journey. One that drives us to continuously push the boundaries of what's possible in food service automation. We are relentlessly driving advancements across these areas:

Advancing autonomy

Accelerating towards full food service autonomy, we are running CA-1 under real market conditions while extending its self-monitoring capabilities through advanced computer vision. With enhanced AI for predicting operational risks and food safety, CA-1 will soon operate autonomously with only remote monitoring. Ultimately, we will integrate fail-safe systems enabling CA-1 to operate without human oversight at all – unlocking complete robotic food service autonomy.

Volume manufacturing

As we transition towards global serial production of CA-1, our focus is building the infrastructure and partnerships to support rapid scalability while upholding the highest quality standards. We have created a patented, CE-certified technology that complies with stringent global regulations. Continuous optimization of CA-1 for volume manufacturing remains a focus – enhancing unit economics, hardware costs, throughput capacity, and maintenance complexity.

Market expansion

Underscoring our commitment to making high-quality, affordable meals accessible globally, we are scaling our solution across new markets. With over 140,000 organic waitlist installs in Germany alone and over 500 viable locations identified EU-wide, in the USA and even thousands of application options, we are primed to rapidly expand our transformative culinary concepts internationally.
